Clincially Rich Undergraduate Teacher Education Pilot Program: As part of Race to the Top, NYSED provided funds for innovative, clinically rich undergraduate upper division teacher preparation pilot program partnerships. The goal of the pilot is to prepare candidates to become effective educators in high-need public schools with high concentrations of under-served and/or under-prepared students, such as those living in poverty, those with special needs, or those who are learning English as a second language.
